The kitchen is arguably the toughest to clean of all the places in our homes, so it doesn’t surprise me when I hear my friends dreading their ‘kitchen cleaning day’. Those layers of grime and grease are perhaps the scariest part. This is where a good degreaser can come in handy to make that chore much less of a burden.
We shortlisted 10 kitchen degreasers out of 19 (some we tried ourselves and for some, we relied on user reviews) and rated them based on certain parameters that will help you when you are out shopping. Any good kitchen degreaser should tick the following boxes:
- Be easy to apply
- Be easy to remove too, with no elbow grease.
- Have a reasonable waiting time after application.
- Smell nice enough to not suffocate you to death. Bonus point for actually smelling pleasant.
- Be able to deep clean – unless you clean your kitchen frequently enough to not have to worry about deep cleaning (yeah, right…).
